The lodge is situated on a narrow peninsula with the Indian Ocean lapping at its front doorstep and crystal clear waters of a spectacular mangrove estuary lapping on the other, it has the best of both worlds. From every accommodation site you are no more than one minutes walk from the white beach sand and the warm Indian Ocean. Pomene lodge is advantageously located in the Pomene Bay offering a sheltered haven for swimming and other water activities. Seahorses, frogfish, Octopus, Cuttlefish are just some of the hundreds of strange creatures seen among the estuary’s seagrass beds. WATER CHALET ACCOMMODATION

Water chalets built in the inter-tidal zone of the Pomene Estuary are an ideal way to enjoy the sunsets and breezes drifting in from the ocean.

Each chalet has ensuite bathrooms, and ceiling fan.
